Board Meeting - To be held at Bob and Sandy Iwan's home. Meeting to be held at 7:30. This meeting is primarily dedicated to planning the club events for the year. Contact Bob so that adequate refreshments are prepared. Members encouraged to attend.

CPTC Winter Party at Allenberry Resort. A great time to get caught up on what everyone has been doing over the winter, great food from the brunch buffet and start to get ready for driving the TR's again (spring is fast on the way). Mark your calendars and watch the newsletter to get your reservations in for this discounted event.

Steele Motor's Tech Session 10-12 and the topic this year will be Spring Maintenance. Things to make sure you check when you get the car out for the new driving season to make sure it is an enjoyable and safe driving season. RSVP to Kelby Steele 732-9229.

Triumph Rescue Tech Session -  10am.-?  Lunch if you get you reservation in. Board Meeting & Tech Session - Matt Bakes will hold a tech session on British wiring beginning at 2 PA. The general membership meeting will follow the tech session. Meetings to be held at Rich Valley Golf Course. Meeting starts promptly at 3 PM with food about 4 PM.
Apr 19  Penn State Blue/White Game Run. Rich Roenigk is willing to lead a group to Happy Valley for the event. Rich guarantees that we will win. Watch for details.
Apr 23-25 Spring Carlisle this is the kick off show at the Carlisle fair grounds. All makes and models as well as a large auto jumble. See their web site at www.carsatcarlisle.com for more info.

May 3-4 Hershey Hill Climb In the '50's and 60's  this was a very popular event for sports car aficionados. Several years ago SVVSCC brought the event back to life. It is now a "non-competitive" vintage race that involves pre-'73 cars, experienced drivers and lots of side events for the crowd. For more info see their web site at http://www.svvscc.org/
May 3M Lewes British Motorcar Show The British are coming - again to the Lewes Historical Complex in Lewes, Delaware. Meatured Marqu is the Mark 1 Sprite. This is a big show and very popular with prizes in 8 show categories. Contact Mike Tyler 302-645-7572.
May 1 CPTC Event Board Meeting - Held at Jon Krause's Home.
May 16-18 Carlisle Import & Kit Car /Replicar Nationals at the Carlisle Fairgrounds. This is a traditional gathering for the CPTC and its members. Register your TR early and be sure to indicate that you are with the CPTC. This will allow us to again have the club tent at which we will provide lunch to members on Saturday. May 25 SVVSCC is hosting a Lancaster County Covered Bridge tour on Sunday May 25th ... and all CPTC members are invited.  We received a short notice on this event and there is not enough time to list it in the club newsletter.  See the attached pdf. file for details. CPTC has held joint events with SVVSCC in the past.  They are a great group of car enthusiasts.  The weather for Sunday is for forcast to be warm and sunny, perfect sports car weather.  So if you have no particular plans for Sunday, go for a nice drive through Lancaster County with SVVSCC.
May 31- Jun 8 British Car Week -  This has become a world wide event for British car owners to get out and drive their classic British cars. What better way to advertise our hobby that to show others that these cars aren't  just nice to look at, but great driving machines as well. Where else do you get a return on investment like that? 5th Annual Celtic Festival held at Spy Glass Ridge winery south of Sunbury. More later. 
Aug 24 19th Annual A Taste of Britain - sponsored by Lanco MG Club. A great day of British cars and polo matches can be had by attending this show. A non-judged event and part of the proceeds go to the Toys-for-Tots program. Visit www.lancomgclub.com for info.
Sep 5-7 Watkins Glen Vintage Races - If you have never been there, this is definitely the year to make plans to attend as the featured marque  is TRIUMPH. Join the CPTC caravan to this extended weekend venue for some spectacular race and show cars.
