CPTC was formed in the Spring of 1989, and shortly thereafter became a chapter of the Vintage Triumph Register. The club has found an
untapped source of Triumph enthusiasts, with a membership of around 150. The purpose of the organization is the preservation, restoration, and enjoyment
of all automobiles built by the Triumph Motor Company and its successors, 1923 through
1981. The organization encourages research related to Triumph history, and disseminates
technical and historic information to the members. The club publishes an excellent monthly
newsletter. Meetings, tours, rallies, shows, tech sessions, picnics and other activities
relating to the enjoyment of Triumph automobiles, are all part of a year round activity
schedule. The CPTC is an organization filled with friendly non-pretentious people who have
a common love for British automobiles. If you are looking for lots of technical and social
activity, this is the club for you. Annual dues are only $20.00.
Membership in Central Pennsylvania Triumph Club is open
to all Triumph enthusiasts whether they own a Triumph or not. Members are entitled to
attend club functions, receive a club newsletter, and vote in official club elections.
