CPTC, click here and print the registration
form which will open in a new window. Complete the form
and mail it along with your check for membership in the amount
of $20.00 made payable to the CPTC. You will receive the
Club
newsletter the following month. Annual renewal is due in the
month you originally joined which is on your newsletter.
